All Northern California Chapter IAEM members are requested to take action to complete the 'Chapters Name Change Process' and amendments to the IAEM NCC Bylaws. To do so we need a member vote via ballot. This is a very important vote which will allow us to conduct business officially as IAEE NCC.
Please review the following links:
Ballot
Bylaws
Current Northern California Chapter bylaws indicate that we may ONLY accept ballots delivered in person, by mail, or by fax. Ballots may NOT be submitted by email or other forms of delivery. Please complete, sign, date, and return this Ballot on or before the close of business on Monday, June 25, 2007.
This ballot is so important that an IAEM/IAEE NCC Team Member will attempt to contact you by telephone in order to get your response so please submit ASAP.
If you have any questions about the ballot measures, please contact IAEM NCC Team Member Jeanavive Janssen via email at iaeencc@gmail.com
